Equipment debugging and technical support:

1. We offer video call as well as picture and text instructions for free.

2. If you are in need of our technical personnel on-site guidance, you are supposed to pay us the following fees:

￥1,500.00 (about $223.00)/ worker (from the date of departure to the date of return)

The passport cost, the accommodation expenses, etc.

NOTE! NO ON-SITE TRAINING IN PANDEMIC AREAS.
